Leftover mini idlis and corriander Chutney turned out as yummy snack at evening.
Heat oil in a nonstick pan and add mustard and urad dhal ( I added lots :p) let it splutter. Add few Curry leaves. Add the chutney and mix well. Add the mini idlis and mix everything well on a high heat for 3-5 mins until all chutney is coated well on the idlis. ( if using regular idli it's better to keep in fridge for 30 mins before preparation.) Kids thoroughly enjoyed the green idlis ππππ
Any chutney can be used except coconut Chutney...
