Simple Sunday lunch πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹



Made mushroom masala, dumed it with mint and 3/4th cooked rice for the briyani, bhindi fry, cucumber Raitha, white rice and curd not in picture 😎😎

I made briyani with normal rice so it's not do bringing up the briyani mood 😎

May be you can call it as mushroom masala rice πŸ˜‰ Whats there in the nameπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Tummy full and mummy happy 😍😍

Paneer Burji

I have lots of milk packet. So made paneer out of two packets.

For Paneer Burji ,

In a pan add oil, once hot add finely chopped onions and Curry leaves and saute till onion turns translucent. Add finely chopped tomato and saute till it turns mushy. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala and salt and saute till raw smell goes. Add panerr crumbles and give a brief mixture of everything. Add chopped corriander and turn off the stove.


Goes well with bread or chapathi or you can have it as such πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

Please add spices as per your taste buds. I keep it mild only always.

Done with the breakfast. Thinking what to cook for lunch πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Watermelon Juice

For this scorching summer who doesn't love a refreshing and cool Watermelon Juice.

I love Watermelon (except for the seed part :p)Made this watermelon juice after taking out the seeds. 

Cut watermelon into pieces ,take out seeds and blend it in mixer grinder or juicer. So easy rite??!! Well not so easy like eating it as a fruit as such :p 



I haven't added sugar since the fruit was sweet enough. If your fruit is less sweeter please feel free to add some sugar while grinding it :)


Enjoy the summer with refreshing juices :) Let's beat the heat.
